As pictured above, Lorain’s Mexican Mutual
Society celebrated its 80th Anniversary on Nov 8, 2008.
Meanwhile, the Puerto Rican Home Club celebrated 52 years of
support and cultural programming for Puerto Ricans and the
community this past summer. The Puerto Rican Home held elections
this week and elected the following officers: Juan Silva –
President, Luis Salva - Vice President, Rosie Reyes – Treasurer,
Mo Rivera - Sub-Treasurer, Raúl Ortiz – Secretary, and María
Garza- González - Sub-Secretary. ¡Felicidades! |
